Execution, Planning, Bill checking from the client-side project was “Construction of factory building for Epcos-TDK India Pvt. Ltd.” In this project, I worked with various agencies like civil contractors, Fire system contractors, HVAC Contractors, Electrical contractors, PEB Contractors, & Road contractors, and successfully completed the factory building with all respects. Also, I oversaw all the MEP work with 100% output results for all the MEP facilities. The total cost of the project under my responsibility was ₹72.00 Cr.

Talegaon Dabhade, Pune.(2007 to 2008)..
2.Execution, Billing, Purchase & Project Management for industrial factory Shed Cost Of 4.8 Crore (Labour + Material) for Graphite India Ltd. Ambad, for their Double storied factory Shed, Including various component like, Column foundations , Fabrication, Mezzanine floor with decking sheets, roofing / cladding and Trimix concrete flooring / roads etc. (2007/08)
3.Execution, Billing, Purchase & Project Management for Construction of factory building of M/s KOSO India Ltd. At Ambad MIDC, Nashik having cost of 8.5 Crore (Labour + Material). Including factory shed, G+2 Administration Building, drainage system, massive excavation, adjacent roads, (2011 to 2012)
4.Execution, Billing, Purchase & Project Management for PTCED for New Paint shop at Mahindra & Mahindra, Kandivali. Cost of 4.5 Crore including advance painting unit foundation, RCC Dipping tank, RCC foundation for Structural shed, adjacent bitumen road & Industrial flooring work, roofing & sheeting work. (2012 to 2013)
5.Execution, Billing, Purchase & Project Management for Reconstruction of fire affected logistic shed & related works from fire affection for Scorpio TCF having cost of Rs. 8.50 Crore including dismantling existing burnt shed, and constructing new shed of same area. (2012 to 2013)
6.Execution, Billing, Purchase & Project Management for Construction of extension of Tool room & Die shop, CKD Development, CNG Foundations, Mezzanine Floor, & Road development having cost @ 10.25 Cr. & completion Period of 8 month with taking appreciation from client ie Mahindra Ltd. Nashik. (Die Assembly Plant)(2013 to 2014)
7.Execution, Billing, Purchase & Project Management for Construction of ASRS Building, E-Storage Shed, RFI Sheds, Roof Replacement around 45000 Sqm having cost around 10.00 Cr. In a period of 10.00 Month from the date of commencement of project with successful appreciation of Mahindra & Mahindra ZHB. (2014 to 2015)
